Kaho`olawe Island Interactive Palace Site

There's a new interactive virtual environment available on the internet called the Palace. In simple terms, it is a visual IRC (internet relay chat) environment where Cyber-travelers can stop and share a yarn. I have put together a Palace site for Kaho`olawe so all you web surfas, if interested, can cruise into the site and chat with anyone who is in there. Stop by and let me know what you think. It's a neat format for bouncing around ideas and sharing information and stories. You can download the Palace software for Macintosh or Windows at the Main Palace site.

Macintosh users (whose numbers are dwindling) can also download the graphics for the Kaho`olawe Island Palace site. This archive will unstuff automatically with Stuffit Expander. The GIFs you receive should be placed in a folder called "Kahoolawe Island" inside the Palace "Pictures" Folder. Once you have done this preliminary setup, Macintosh users can connect to the Kaho`olawe Island Palace site. (You must have the Palace software running to make the link.)

Or for the majority of you, the Kaho`olawe Island Palace can be accessed by connecting to palace.brouhaha.net port 9998. Give this a try and I hope to see you in the Kaho`olawe Island Palace site soon.
