Yes, there is an Internet cafe in Palau. In fact when I was there last year this was the only one. Now I understand there are as many as eight. Several are along the main road in Koror.

By the next time I go there the number will have doubled. The cafes all run on DSL service, provided by the local telephone company, PNCC.
