Mangrove Crab Feast You gotta try mangrove crab. It is sweeter than Dungeness crab. But don't waste your time with nut crackers to open the shells. You will need the back end of a cleaver. Our buddies in Palau cooked up a bunch of crab and we brought the beer. The local beer is Red Rooster and it goes great with crab. You can choose between amber and dark. Once you have your memorable experience with Red Rooster, crab and good friends, you can run over to the WCTC (Ben Franklin) store for the cool mugs and shirts. Picture of real man
